Harvesting Roses and Crafting Rosewater
In this experience, we will explore the story of the rose, a flower that has always been a companion in our joys and sorrows, up close and personal. Early in the morning, we’ll head to a rose garden. From late March to June, rose gardens burst into full bloom in Kashan and the surrounding towns and villages. Each week and each day, one of these regions, whether Ghamsar, Niasar, or Kashan itself, takes center stage. What matters is that you will start your day amidst the most fragrant and refreshing flowers and picturesque views. You’ll be able to touch the delicate petals with your fingers.
After picking the flowers, we’ll proceed to a rosewater extraction workshop. The traditional process of obtaining rosewater in Kashan is an intangible cultural heritage, and we’ll share it with you. Together, we’ll witness how the flowers are transformed into rosewater. At the end of our excursion, we’ll refresh ourselves with the delightful and aromatic Kashani sherbets made from roses and other traditional extracts.

Taste Traditional Kashani Sherbets:
We’ll conclude our tour by savoring delightful and aromatic Kashani sherbets from rosewater and other traditional extracts.
