Shahsavaran Mansion is a Qajar-era mansion with a history of about 150 years. Its original owner was Mr. Mohammad Hossein Kazeroni, who, apart from being well-known in Iran, also had business ties in France. The mansion was known for its historical significance and the reputation of its owners. In February 2020, it was purchased by Mr. Mehdi Shahsavariyan and underwent extensive restoration and renovation to become a boutique hotel.
The restoration of this exquisite building took two years to complete, and it now serves as an accommodation facility with 11 VIP rooms capable of accommodating 33 resident guests and a cafe and restaurant area capable of serving 110 non-resident guests. The boutique hotel offers a unique opportunity to experience the grandeur of a Qajar-era mansion while enjoying modern comforts and services.
