Kargadan is a 70-year-old house that has been restored by a brother and sister architect and photographer team while preserving its old-world charm and existing items. This house once belonged to Hossein Seihoun’s student and staying here allows you to step back in time and enjoy the old-world charm and tranquility it offers.
Korgdan’s courtyard provides a peaceful oasis in the heart of downtown Tehran, offering a place of serenity after your daily activities. Everything at Kargadan is handmade, from cakes and herbal teas to beds and tables, all designed in a traditional and highly energetic style that instills a deep sense of authenticity and energy in its guests.
A warm breakfast featuring various omelets is served free of charge to all guests.
