Whenever you are ready to embark on this incredible journey, we’ll be here, eager to curate an unforgettable experience that aligns perfectly with your desires.
Day 1: Rasht's Riches and Gilan's Charm
On this trip, we will go to see Gilan Autumn. The journey starts from Rasht, which the train has reached these days and has provided accessible and traffic-free access for our compatriots.
Rasht has many sights. From Sabzeh Maidan and the municipal footpath to Mirza Kuchak Khan Jangli’s house and Kolah Ferangi mansion and Mohtsham garden, inside the city and the Gilan Rural Heritage Museum, 20 km from Rasht.
Rasht needs at least one day to be seen well. During this time, don’t neglect the various delicious Gilaki Dishes that will make the most enjoyable part of your trip.
For overnight stays in Rasht, you can use hotels or eco-tourist lodges in nearby villages.
Day 2: Lahijan's Tranquility and Langrod's Charms
Good autumn morning! Today’s first suggestion is to visit the Rasht market and the wood-cutting ceremony of the fish that has Tamasha. But very soon you have to leave Rasht and go to Lahijan road.
Lahijan is one of the most beautiful cities in Iran; far from the hustle and bustle, it invites you to relax in connection with nature. Lahijan has a public swimming pool located in the middle of the city. Get yourself to the Lahijan pool! Early morning and evening, you can see many athletes exercising around the lake and enjoying its beautiful nature. The most famous Lahijan cookies have branches around the lake and are the best opportunity to buy souvenirs.
As long as you are in Lahijan, see Sheytankoh waterfall. You can ride the cable car to the top of this mountain and watch the full view of the city and its large swimming pool from above.
Did you know that we have a museum in Iran called Tea Museum? You who have now traveled to Lahijan are very close to this museum. This museum was built next to the tomb of Kashif al-Saltaneh, nicknamed the father of Iranian tea, and it displays the history of this traditional Iranian drink.
The route continues from Lahijan to Langroud. If you didn’t make it to Rasht’s fishmonger’s market, Langroud’s fishmonger’s market is not far behind and is one of the active and famous markets of Gilan.
Kheshti Bridge, or Kheshte Purd, is the most famous historical monument in Langroud. Along with Fajr Park and Bam Sabz of Langroud, Lake Langroud is another place that can be included in your itinerary. In addition, if you are a thrill seeker, you must try the Langroud sled.
Now, it’s time to go to the shore of the Caspian Sea. Continue your way to Chamkhaleh Beach. You will find reasonable accommodation for tonight in Chamkhaleh.
Day 3: Coastal Wonders and Migratory Birds
Today is the day of the sea, beach and lagoon. After using the beach, move towards Kiashahr port and find Bojag lagoon. Bojaq Lagoon is another international lagoon of Iran, also known as Kiashahr Lagoon.
In autumn and winter, many migratory birds come from Siberia to the north of Iran to escape the cold Russian winter. This migration provides us with a perfect opportunity to watch them. After bird watching in Bojaq National Park, be sure to go to the restaurants of Kiashahr Port and enjoy fresh fish.
