Whether you wish to explore the wonders of Iran in the spring, summer, fall, or winter, the opportunity is always available. We aim to make your dream trip come true, allowing you to discover Iran’s diverse cultural heritage, natural beauty, and warm hospitality at your convenience. Whenever you are ready to embark on this incredible journey, we’ll be here, eager to curate an unforgettable experience that aligns perfectly with your desires.
Day 1: Sanandaj's Heritage Expedition
In this journey, we plan to cross the Kurdish lands of Iran, advance to its northern borders, and reach the edge of the Turkic lands. We start from Sanandaj—the capital of Kurdistan province and a city with many sights. Sanandaj has several historical mansions and houses, among which we can mention Khosroabad Mansion, Moshir Diwaan Mansion, Amjad Al Sharaf Mansion, Vakil Al Mulk Mansion, Ahmadzadeh Mansion, Colonel Azmudeh Ardalan Mansion, Mullah Lotfollah Sheikh Al Islam Mansion and Malek Al Tojjar Mansion. Also, mosques, bazaars and baths will bring you an exciting sightseeing experience in this city.
It is better to reach Marivan before sunset and devote the following day to sightseeing in this city after a night’s rest.
Day 2: Zarivar Lake Serenity
Many tourists know Marivan because of its border bazaars, but this city’s historical and natural attractions cannot be ignored. One of them is the famous Zarivar Lake, which is located near Marivan.
Near Marivan, another city called Baneh, which is only twenty kilometers away from the Iraqi border, is the next destination of this route.
Day 3: Baneh to Piranshahr
It is interesting to know that the language of the Baneh people is Sorani Kurdish. The nature around this city, especially in the spring season, is uniformly green, and the region’s climate is delightful.
Our suggestion is to reach Piranshahr for the third night of the trip. Now, you have entered West Azarbaijan province, but the people of this region are Kurds. The geopolitical importance of this city is due to its location near the border of Turkey and Iraq.
The people of Piranshahr are artists and artisans, and the handicrafts of this city, such as carpet weaving, glass making, and leather embroidery, are famous among tourists. Spending the night in Piranshahr before leaving for Miandoab the next day is better.
Day 4: Miandoab's Treasures Unveiled
Miandoab, the final destination of the trip, is a city that is located in the middle of two rivers, Zarinerood and Siminerood, and the south of Lake Urmia. Taq Mosque, the ancient hill of Dash Tepe village, rock holes known as forty steps, Imamzadeh Tajan Ali and Halako Castle are among the sights of this city, which, along with the beautiful nature of this area, can be a pleasant memory of Create this spectacular route for you.
